A lot of things to be improved to meet the 4 stars hotel expectations.

The breakfast was ok. I used to go early to the restaurant in the morning.

As an example, the restaurant staff are taking care of the tourists only , they do not care about other people.

Overall poor.

Food very poor, not able to get wifi, no entertainment or water sports facilities. Pool very shallow and small. On 1 email check in stated 12 on another 2pm. Very disappointing.

Completely awful

The pool was nice.

What a awful place, don't stay here. We checked in a 2pm. At 2:30 were shown to two completely dirty rooms, told that's all they had and to wait 30 minutes. We didn't get clean rooms until 4:30pm! Old facilities, terrible, rude staff and one of the saddest beaches in all of Monastir. (I live in Monastir and wanted a small getaway, what a waste of money) I wanted to complain about the many, many things that went wrong but was told there was no manager there on the weekend to talk to. Obviously this was either a lie or they just don't care it's an awful place because you already paid. Don't come here.

The kids loved the place.

The kids loved the place. spacious swiming pools and very nice rooms. The stay was pleasent in some extents,

majority of staff were not at the expectation, except at the reception who were lovely ( restaurent staff are -sorry to say - horrible) the same food everyday and overlycrowded restaurent. i recommend the owners to review these points

Okay for it’s rate

You get what you pay for it,, it’s okay for the price you pay,, staff in general are good,, rooms are basic, food is okay. In general it’s fine.

It’s far from center or Medina around 5 miles,, and also from Sousse almost the same,, good news there’s a bus service for both way to Sousse and Monastir almost every half an hour and the station close to the hotel and so cheap for rides. Beach is not that great but okay.

Alright all inclusive holiday!

Good food at restaurant and great admin staff! Nothing was necessarily wrong, but it's definitely a classic cheap all inclusive hotel - do not think it's anywhere near 4*. Otherwise it's OK for a short no-worries break.

Rooms have an old and dirty feeling to them, wifi doesnt work, atm didnt work, very unenthusiastic animation person.
